Let’s start with a little bit of Salsa this year. But I am not talking about the one that makes you shake your bones. I will do some photos of that kind of Salsa in the near future. I am talking about the Salsas that are shaking up palates in Northeast Ohio. “Orale” (OR ah lay) is the name of Roberto Martinez’s stand at the West Side Market, specializing in contemporary Mexican cuisine.
